PERCEPT|on was invited to participate at the first annual Urban Design Festival Singapore #UDFSG. For this event we designed and build an installation called 'RAINBOW SHADOWS' the installation aims to create a different relation between the Singaporeans and the sun. RAINBOW SHADOWS is a large mobile with a bench at it's base. It shows the sun's beauty via coloured acrylic plates that create a beautiful play on the ground. At night the collected solar energy is used to light up these same colourful plates.

This project is for a competition to design an Indian heritage museum in Singapore.
The aim of the concept was to create a building that houses all aspects of the brief with a unique look quoting from Indian culture. One good example is the main facade which has stairs connecting the different levels. These stairs are ordered in such a way that they refer to the famously stepped wells of Rajasthan in India. A local Singaporean Indian artist was asked to do the mural painting.
